What If the Other Driver Does Not Have Car Insurance?

Video Transcription:

If the other driver in an auto injury accident case does not have insurance, there are other sources of recovery that we explore on behalf of our clients in Tuscaloosa and in other parts of Alabama. Uninsured motors coverage is afforded under any automobile liability policy issued to the client, the people that we’re representing, unless it is expressly rejected in writing. And it’s required to be rejected in writing, otherwise, insurers in Alabama and in Tuscaloosa are required to furnish that coverage. Uninsured or under-insured fills the void when the other driver in a car accident case doesn’t have any insurance, and your own insurance company, more or less, steps into the shoes of the uninsured driver.

Hear What Our Clients Have To Say

"My father-in-law was involved in a horrible traffic accident. The firm was great at handling all of his questions. In the end they got him a great settlement, but the thing he remembers most is that the people at the law firm cared about him as a person. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal services."
