Justin L. Smith (1977 – 2022): If you’re injured on the job, you often times hear of workers’ compensation benefits. And certainly, you can get workers’ compensation benefits, regardless of who’s at fault in an injury. But workers’ compensation benefits are very limited, and will not pay you the full amount of your injury, will not fully reimburse you for what you have been out or what your costs are. So often times, there’s what’s called a third-party case, or a tort case, or a product defect case, where we come in and look for other parties who may be responsible, so that we can maximize results for our client or for you.
